has started a strategic collaboration with
DSM
in 10 Asian countries.
Their products contribute to the success of
* the dairy, fruit juice, beer, wine and
* savory segments in the food and beverage industry.
Under agreement,
DKSH will provided istribution services for its
* enzyme solutions,
* culture products and
* savory ingredients in South East Asia
DSM’s enzyme solutions
are used in several different food applications
in the brewing, dairy, fruit processing and
beverage industry,
while DSM’s cultures (microorganisms)
are mainly used in dairy applications.
Moreover, DKSH Performance Materials
will distribute
the DSM baking, brewing, fruit and
food processing enzymes,
dairy enzymes and cultures.
The food product portfolio will be available
through DKSH’s network in
* Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos,
* Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines,
* Singapore, South Korea and Vietnam
