Yanzhou Coal Ordos Project Puts into Operation,
Successful Coal-To-Methanol Operation.
On July 9th,
Rongxin Chemical Project of
Yanzhou Coal Mining Ordos Energy & Chemical Co., Ltd.
successfully got through all the processes,and
put out qualified methanol of 99.99% purity,
which signified the ultra-large scale opposed
multi-nozzle gasification technology put into production.
This technology has independent intellectual property rights
and a single furnace of which can daily process 3000 tons of coal.
It is known that the opposed multi-nozzle CWS
(coal-water slurry) gasification device
with a single furnace daily processing 3000 tons of coal,
is currently the world's largest CWS gasification plant.
When the 3000-ton gasifier to be fully put into production,
its oxygen and coal consumption will lower than
the same type of 3-5%,
carbon conversion rate can be reached 98%,
The effective gas composition conversion rate of 82-85%,
this technology will reach the international advanced level,
providing technical equipment support for
the development of large-scale coal chemical industry
in our country.
