Sinarmas Cepsa Pte Ltd (SCPL),
through its new subsidiary
Sinarmas Cepsa Deutschland GmbH,
has entered into agreement with
Gemini Holding AG
for the acquisition of the Sulphonation/Sulphation plant
at Genthin, in Germany.
The acquisition is subject to the fulfillment of
specific closing conditions, including
regulatory approvals in some European countries.
The SCPL society was created with the objective of
* achieving a global leading position
in fatty alcohols and its derivatives.
This acquisition represents the first step of the alliance in Europe,
* and reinforces its long-term commitment
with the surfactant industry.

Golden Agri-Resources Ltd (GAR) and
Cepsa Química S.A. (100% affiliate of Cepsa)
with headquarters in Singapore, and
it is currently building a fatty alcohol plant in Indonesia .
